IronLogic helps hotels streamline guest check-in, identity verification, and room access through one cloud-based platform. Guests can complete self check-in before arrival, receive secure digital access codes, and enter their rooms without physical keys or front desk delays.
By combining booking integrations, smart locks, and cloud-based access control, hotels can reduce manual administration while delivering a faster and more modern guest experience.
Beyond guest rooms, IronLogic can manage access across common areas, staff-only zones, lifts, gates, parking areas, and shared amenities through one centralized cloud platform.
Integration with IronLogic access control and SmartCam systems helps properties combine guest access, site security, and operational visibility into one connected ecosystem.
Guests begin by entering their first name, last name, and booking number. The system checks the booking against synced reservation data and confirms whether the details match.
Bookings can be searched using the NewBook ID or supported third-party booking references, including platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia.
Once the booking is found, the guest is shown their reservation details. This allows the guest to confirm that the booking information is correct before continuing through the check-in process.
The guest is presented with a simplified consent form designed to make the process easier for the public. This step ensures guests understand and accept the required check-in and verification conditions before proceeding.
IronLogic’s identity verification process combines document capture, text detection, and face recognition.
Guests can scan or upload a photo ID document. The system detects the document within the image or video stream, corrects distortion, perspective, and viewing angle, then analyses the document by reading text fields and extracting the guest’s photo.
The system then checks that the first and last name match the booking details. If the document photo is detected and the name matches, the guest is prompted to take a selfie, which is compared against the photo ID.
Face recognition and identity verification thresholds can be configured from the control panel, allowing operators to adjust similarity and rejection settings based on operational requirements.
Payments are integrated with Stripe. Credit card details do not pass through IronLogic’s servers, with payment security handled through Stripe’s payment infrastructure.
If the guest has not fully paid at the time of booking, they are prompted to pay the remaining balance. The system can also handle a security bond process, with bond timing and release behaviour governed by banking regulations.
After payment, guests can access Stripe receipts, and hotel staff can review Stripe transaction records through the access control panel for reporting, review, and statistics.
Once the guest has successfully completed verification and payment requirements, the system automatically issues an access code valid for the booking period.
The access code can be used for the guest’s room and relevant common areas. The guest does not need to complete any additional access control steps.
Guests can send the access code to themselves by email, with SMS delivery also supported as an available workflow item.
From single-site deployments to complex, multi-location enterprises, IronLogic designs and delivers integrated platforms that connect security, logistics, and business systems into one intelligent operational environment.
