Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom-configured or special-order products
- Software licenses and digital products
- Installed or commissioned equipment
- Clearance or end-of-line items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Shipping returns

To initiate a return, please contact our team to obtain return instructions.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

IronLogic is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
